I was so happy when asked to be on the cover of the Hudson valley’s Chronogram magazine, they picked Last Laugh for the April edition. I have always admired the covers of the large format publication and now I am on it… Check out the article inside if you can’t pick up a copy.

Open Space Gallery / Tote Bag show

Monday, April 7th, 2008

Come check out Open Space Gallery this weekend for what looks to be a cool show for a great cause. The Tote Bag show will be Saturday night in Beacon, New York.

The average family brings home 1,000 plastic bags every year. It is time for us to switch from a disposable society to one which reduces, reuses and recycles. This show will help spread the message that we care about our planet and do not want to just consume until there is nothing left. We are certain that we will all make a difference. The proceeds from the sales of the show will go to the Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, a New York based organization committed to enviromental advocacy and education.

Work by Noah Post, Phil Moffa, Thomas Vincent Mallin and Wash-Machine’s Jimi Pantalon.

LOCUS is a group show that explores ways in which we personally, socially, and physically situate ourselves. When thinking about our ‘place,’ we search for understanding and meaning in terms of both personal and cultural identity. As we explore and react to our surroundings we are simultaneously planning and preparing for the next space that we will inhabit in the physical, mental, and emotional realms.
