A short film about diCorcia’s project here. Thousand makes its exhibition debut as part of LACMA’s diCorcia retrospective, on view through Sept 14.

The book was laid out using a random numbering sequence generated by computers- the narrative then is purely in the viewers mind and it is as if you are looking through a box of old Polaroids… another amazing idea from this great photographer.
